Return Policy
We will accept return of any unit within 30 days of shipment. All returns must have a valid RGA # which you can receive via e-mail sales@spotgpspersonaltracker.com or by calling us at 952-649-7843. Unopened returns are subject to a 15% handling fee and opened items are subject to a 30% handling fee. Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. If product is opened, all original packaging and manuals must be returned with the product before credit will be issued. If you have specific questions please contact us to get those questions answered. Backorder Policy In most cases we will be able to ship the product to you immediately. However, if the product should happen to be on back-ordered for more than 3 business days, we will contact you to find out what you wish to do. We can immediately cancel your order and issue credit to you or hold the order open until weged Goods Policy Shipping Policies Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and will normally be delivered in 2-days. We can offer you upgraded service if you so request. Orders received by 4PM central time will normally be processed and shipped that day. After that, orders will normally be shipped next business day. Damaged Goods Policy Unfortunately there will be the occasional shipping damage. If you receive a package which is obviously damaged, just simply refuse it due to apparent damage. If it is received and you find it damaged, simply call or e-mail us and we will happily assist you in getting the issue resolved. |
